Video: Cheeky thieves caught rolling up part of couple's LAWN from their front garden
Pensioners Carol, 68, and Gerald Brookes, 70, were shocked when they looked out of their window and saw their grass was missing on Sunday morning (20/3).
They checked CCTV footage outside their home in Telford, Shrops., and were stunned when they saw two people sneaking into their front garden and removing the turf. The 1:17 video captures the moment one of the brazen thieves jumps over their 2ft fence before rolling up the piece of lawn. He quickly looks at the camera before passing over the gate to his accomplice and returning to roll up a second strip of grass.
