Video: Celebrity dog Tuna is a star turn in Leeds

HE'S not the best-looking dog in the world but Tuna might just be the most popular.

The Chihuahua Dachshund crossbreed with the distinctive overbite has built up an army of devoted fans on photo-sharing web service Instagram, with a little help from owner Courtney Dasher.

And US-based Courtney and her famous pet were the centre of attention on a visit to Leeds.

They called in at the Waterstone’s store in the city centre to promote a new book of photographs entitled Tuna Melts My Heart: The Underdog With The Overbite.

The event was a sell-out and saw fans queuing patiently for the chance to have their own photo taken with the canine star of the show.

Tuna was adopted by big-hearted Courtney in 2010 after he was found abandoned on a roadside near San Diego in California.
