Neighbours have voiced concerns at the size, scale and safety of the new structure, erected on Elgin Crescent,
Crownhill, earlier this week. Builders have since been spotted carrying materials along the structure before dumping them, via a tube, into a skip. Plymouth Community Homes (PCH), the company responsible for erecting the scaffolding structure, say the work may take up to six weeks to complete.
