Cute poodle Scrappy was adopted by gran Thelma Curzon two years before she died at the age of 84 in 2007. At the time her family were unable to look after the pooch because of work commitments so the dog was sent to live with family friends. But last week Nottingham City Council's stray dogs team found the matted poodle, who was not wearing a collar, roaming around the streets and took him to the pound. Incredibly, bosses were able to make contact with Mrs Curzon's relatives because 12-year-old Scrappy was still microchipped to his original owner. Adorable video footage captured the moment the dog went berserk as he recognised Mrs Curzon's daughter and granddaughter during an emotional reunion on Tuesday (23/8).Victoria Elliot after being reunited with Scrappy the poodle in Wilford, Nottinghamshire.
