twenty years after their debut album and The Vengaboys are back.

The band, which in that time has sold over 20 million singles and five million albums, has been announced as the support act for fellow 90s cult group, Steps, who are starting their UK wide tour this month.

So before you can count to 5, 6, 7, 8 and Thank Abba for the Music get the pop party started with hits like We Like to Party, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom and We’re Going to Ibiza.

The Dutch group, consisting of D-Nice, Kim Sasabone, Ma’Donny and Robin Pors, in its heyday was nominated for MTV Best Breakthrough of the Year, reached the top of the Billboard Dance Charts, and in 1999 were Holland’s most successful export that year, beating tulips, smokeable agricultural products and cheese.

Following a break in 2002, the group reconvened in 2007.

D-Nice says: “The Vengaboys story is a total adventure.

“It takes us around the world in an unstoppable fun-fest. And we’re loving our Nonstop World Tour.”

The blast from the past show, also celebrating 20 years of Steps, will take place at First Direct Arena on November 21.
