Under the Owls festvial hits Leeds Millennium Square

Leeds’ first free music and live art festival, Under the Owls, has descended on Millennium Square boasting an array of home-grown talent.

The day-long event is bringing together a diverse mix of music on stage as well as activities and fun for the teenage festival go-ers.

Among those performing this evening were Leeds-based band Vitamin, who will be playing Leeds Festival this August, local DJ Danny Bond and beatboxer Beardyman, the headline act.

The festival also included beatbox and dance workshops, karaoke, self-portrait painting and an art market.
