TV's Natalie on a mission as patron for children's charity

TV personality Natalie Anderson was yesterday announced as the new patron for Radio Aire's official charity, Cash for Kids.

The former Emmerdale star and regular on ITV’s This Morning said she was “thrilled” to take on the role.

The charity is currently running the Mission Christmas appeal, backed by the Yorkshire Evening Post.

The campaign seeks to ensure that no child in West Yorkshire goes without a gift this Christmas.

Lisa Sullivan, charity manager, said: “We are so pleased to have Natalie on board supporting Cash for Kids. This will really help boost our profile which in turn means we can help more needy children in West
Yorkshire.

“We are expecting to receive more applications for gifts than ever before.

“It’s great to have someone from the county supporting a West Yorkshire-based charity.”
