Trio collaborate at a new Leeds location for pop-ups

Yorkshire Blue from Shepherd's Purse is set to be a vital ingredient.

Hungry to find out more? The look out for a collaboration between Chateau Marmot, Yorkshire cheese-makers Shepherds Purse and the current chef at Devondairy Riverford’s, Patrick Hanna.

Dubbed the Single Estate series, as Marmot is working with just the Thirsk based producer alone (well known for its Harrogate Blue, Yorkshire Blue and Yorkshire Fettle cheeses) on the two day event over June 29 and 30.

However Chateau Marmot says fromage fans should be prepared for more curious curds using other products from Shepherd’s Purse.

There will also be a live question and answer session with the collaborators on the night to explain the dishes.

And no cheeseboard would be complete without a drop of wine so some have been selected from independent growers but craft beers and cocktails will also be available.

Chateau Marmot started six years ago in Yorkshire but it is a while since they had an event in Leeds. City Buzz understands it will be a trendy location never before used as a pop-up.
