Trio of Christmas cocktails and stunning copper tree launched at The Ivy in Leeds

The copper tree, situated on the brasserie's outside terrace in Victoria Gate, was designed by artist and sculptor Sadie Clayton.

It stands at 10 foot tall and 4 foot wide and features 104 copper leaves and sparkling lights for guests to enjoy throughout the Christmas period.

Speaking about the installation, Sadie said: “I am ecstatic to have collaborated with The Ivy Victoria Quarter to create my own personal take on Christmas with a striking copper tree.

"I hope the bespoke design is enjoyed by all this festive season.”

The Ivy has launched a trio of bespoke cocktails for Christmas shoppers to enjoy as they sit by the sparkling copper tree.

The first is the ‘Snow on the Square’, a blend of Absolut Elyx Vodka and Absolut vanilla with Koko Kanu rum, Champagne and a Champagne foam to finish.

The ‘Candy Cosmo’ combines Absolute Elyx Vodka and Grand Marnier with pomegranate juice, egg white and lemon juice, all garnished with white candyfloss.

Guests can also indulge in a ‘White Martini’, which mixes Absolut Elyx Vodka, Baileys and pumpkin spice syrup, all topped with whipped cream for a true Christmas treat.

The festive cocktails are on offer until Wednesday, January 1.
