Travel update: Trains cancelled and delayed at Leeds station after electrical wire damage
A train from Leeds to Skipton has been cancelled after overhead electrical wires were damaged.
Northern said the 18.56 service from Leeds railway station had been cancelled following the damage, which occurred in Bingley.
The train was meant to stop at Shipley, Saltaire, Bingley, Crossflatts, Keighley, Steeton and Cononley before arriving at Skipton at 19.40.
The next service - due at 19.26 - is delayed by around 10 minutes as a result of the wire problem.
