Travel alert: Trains disrupted as animals block railway line between Leeds and Bradford

Train services between Leeds and Bradford are being disrupted after animals blocked the railway line.

National Rail warned passengers to expect changes, cancellations and delays to scheduled services until at least 5.30pm.

It said animals were blocking the line between New Pudsey and Bradford Interchange.

The incident is affecting services between Leeds, Blackpool North and Selby and York, Manchester Victoria and Huddersfield.
