Teenager who died in Leeds village crash named LATEST

A teenage driver who died in a four-vehicle crash in a village on the outskirts of Leeds has been named.

Dylan Lynn was in a Vauxhall Corsa that was involved in the collision on Astley Lane in Great Preston shortly after 7.30am yesterday. (Dec 4)

The 17-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other drivers were taken to hospital for treatment but their injuries are not considered life-threatening. The Corsa had been heading from ­Swillington towards Great Preston at the time of the incident.

The other vehicles were ­travelling in the opposite direction. The road was closed while the scene was cleared.

Witnesses should call the major collision enquiry team via 101.
