Motorcyclist rushed to hospital with serious injuries after Leeds crash with car

At 6.50am today (12/12) police were called to a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle in Easterly Road, near to the junction with Montagu Avenue.

The motorcyclist, a man in his thirties, was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with serious injuries that are not considered life threatening, police said.

The driver of the Volkswagen Golf involved stopped at the scene and has been spoken to by officers.
