Major rush-hour delays on M62 as all traffic STOPPED on carriageway due to police incident

The traffic has been stopped due to the incident on the M62 Eastbound between J21 Milnrow and J22 Ripponden.

Motorway police officers are at the scene with traffic officers.

Motorists have been warned to find alternative routes if possible.
