BUS SERVICES were being diverted this morning after a crash led police in Leeds to close a road.

A section of Leeds Road in Otley was shut from around 7am when two vehicles collided not far from the junction with Gay Lane.

Witnesses reported that a horse box was involved, although police said they were unable to confirm details of the vehicles.

A spokesman said there had been no reports of serious injuries and the road was being cleared of debris.

The road was expected to fully reopen shortly.

First Bus said its X84 and 33/33A routes were being affected by the disruption.
