Train delayed near Leeds after reports of 'children playing on the line'
A train to London travelling between Leeds and Wakefield is delayed after reports of children playing on the line.
According to a passenger travelling on the train, the 5.45pm Virgin train to Kings Cross has just performed an 'emergency stop' due to children on the line.
She said: "We just had to do an emergency stop because of children playing on the line according to the guard announcement.
"Still not moving while line is checked to see if it's safe to proceed - stopped for five mins or so.
