Traffic at a standstill on M621 in Leeds
All lanes of the M621 motorway in Leeds have been closed to traffic on the eastbound carriageway causing major congestion.
Traffic is at a standstill in lanes at junction one for the A6110 Beeston ring road. A broken down vehicle is thought to be causing the delays.
