First Bus West Yorkshire tweeted: "We are aware that our app is currently showing incorrect times and our app team is working to fix this.

"We are operating a Saturday service. You can check the timetable for your service on our website."

One commuter, Alison T, tweeted First Bus in frustration as she was unsure how she would get into work.

She said: "Well that is good @FirstWestYorks nobody online until 9am, yet those who have to still work have no idea what is happening with buses.
