The Laidlaw Library at the University of Leeds, by ADP LPP, has been named one of 46 winners in the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) National Awards.

Sitting between two Grade II listed stone churches and close to the Grade I listed Parkinson Building, judges said the new library uses contemporary materials and technology to respond to this historic context, with an elegant finish.
