Striking images of a man who has forgotten his trousers are appearing on advertising panels and buses around the city as part of NHS Leeds West Clinical Commissioning Group’s #forgetfulfriend campaign after it emerged that 7,500 GP appointments are missed each month in west Leeds.

As part of the campaign patients are being urged to share their stories of forgetting things using #forgetfulfriend on social media.
