Stage set at historic Leeds Kirkgate Market
Leeds's historic Kirkgate Market will become the apt setting for an after hours adaptation of a Dickens classic.
Local theatre company Front Room Productions, will stage A Christmas Carol among the market’s nooks and crannies.
The production features an atmospheric original score and acapella arrangements of well-known Christmas carols, fully immersing audiences in its Dickensian world.
However, it is not all Scrooge during the run which starts on November 27, as there will be mulled wine for spectators.
