There’s a spring in the step of some new arrivals at a north Leeds farm, much to the delight of smaller visitors.
A number of little lambs have been born at Meanwood Valley Urban Farm over the past few weeks and are now getting used to their surroundings.
Farm director Susan Reddington said: “It’s an amazing time on the farm, with the birth of so many lambs providing so much pleasure for visitors young and old.”
The working farm, a registered charity, was established in 1980 to provide services to inner city communities.
The farm is open daily 10am to 4pm. Admission £1 adults, 50p children.
