Slideshow: Run For All’s Leeds Junior Run and Mini Run

Have your say

THE RAIN did nothing to dampen the spirits of these young runners and families who took part in today’s Run For All events in Leeds.

First up was the 2.5km Junior Run for nine to 14-year-olds, which was won by 13-year-old Harvey Norden.

Then it was the turn of children aged three to eight, many of who were joined by parents and other family members for the 1.5km Mini Run.

Both races were sponsored by Arena Group, which made sure every child who crossed the finish line got a goody bag and finisher’s medal to mark their achievement.

The slideshow features some of our favourite pictures taken by our photographer, James Hardisty.

If you took part, you might also be featured in our video of all the runners in both races as they set off from the start line.
