Music fans will be queuing up in their hundreds when Brit band Status Quo stop Rocking All Over the World to make a return to Leeds.

The boogie rock band, who list Whatever You Want and Paper Plane among their top hits, will play Leeds Arena on December 10 with support from catchy songsters Chas and Dave.

Tickets for the gig cost £39.50 and go on sale on Friday March 28.

It is the second time Status Quo have played at Leeds Arena. They first took to the stage last December alongside support band 10cc.

The band, which was formed in 1962 under the name ‘The Scorpions’ by current vocalist Francis Rossi and former bassist Alan Lancaster, has sold approximately 128 million records worldwide.
