Rugby league stars head for Trinity Leeds

Four members of the England rugby league squad will appear at Trinity Leeds ahead of the Four Nations tournament.

Dewsbury-born twins Tom and George Burgess, who play their club rugby in Australia, will be joined by fellow Yorkshiremen Gareth Widdop and Elliott Whitehead, who now also play in the NRL.

The group will meet fans in the shopping mall from 5pm this Thursday ahead of the match against New Zealand at the weekend, and supporters will have the chance to win tickets for the sold-out clash at the John Smith’s Stadium in Huddersfield.

The Burgess twins’ elder brother Sam is captaining the side.
