The average median pay gap for companies based in Leeds was 11.8 per cent, which compares to a national average of 12 per cent. The company with the highest median pay gap between male and female members of staff was MASCO UK WINDOW GROUP LIMITED with a 67.4 per cent disparity, while at the other end of the scale, NATIONWIDE WINDOW CLEANING LIMITED pay women 30.1 per cent more than men.
