Tapas restaurant Pintura is marking the occasion by hosting a special pop-up gin bar at Trinity Leeds.
Matt Coates, bar manager at Pintura’s basement gin bar, has put together a one-off menu with Slingsby Gin of Harrogate, Masons Yorkshire Gin and Franklin and Sons tonic water for the restaurant’s new pop-up bar.
Opening on the bridge at Trinity Leeds on Saturday, July 30, shoppers can raise a glass and enjoy a menu of ‘Yorkshire G&Ts’.
The drinks will be served the traditional Spanish way – in a large ‘copa’ wine glass, with a variety of garnishes to complement each individual creation.
