POLICE are appealing for information to trace a man who has gone missing from his home in Leeds.

Daniel Scarlett, 34, was last seen by friends at 3.30am yesterday (Sunday November 1) following a night out in Castleford.

He is believed to have been dropped off on Aire Street in Leeds City Centre and is believed to have entered Leeds train station at around 11.40am.

Daniel was last seen wearing a light blue long sleeved t-shirt and dark coloured jeans and shoes.

Whilst the photograph shows Daniel wearing glasses, he wasn't wearing them when he was last seen.

Det Andy Cass of Leeds CID said, "It is out of character for Daniel to not be in touch with his family and we are concerned for his safety. We would appeal to anyone who has seen or heard from Daniel, or who knows where he is now to get in touch."

Anyone with information about Daniel Scarlett is asked to contact Leeds District CID via 101.
