Police close Wetherby Road in Leeds after multi-vehicle crash

Wetherby Road (A58) in Leeds has been closed in both directions after a multi-vehicle crash.

West Yorkshire Police were called to the collision at 3.22pm which involved three cars near Red Hall Lane in Red Hall.

Two drivers were injured in the collision.

Police closed the road in both directions and Leeds Council was called to collect debris which was blocking the road.

First Bus services X98 and X99 are being diverted via Wetherby Road, Coal Road, Ring Road Seacroft and back onto Wetherby Road.
