Play area rejuvenated for Leeds children

Pupils from Little London Community Primary School have officially opened a new play area.

Regeneration specialists Keepmoat installed equipment including an air glider, swings, slides and a climbing frame at the
Oatland playground, and 12 children were the first to test it out.

The investment is part of the Leeds Housing Regeneration Project, which will see Keepmoat build 388 council houses in Beeston Hill, Holbeck and Little London.

Headteacher Jill Wood said: “The older children from this community now have a new safe and exciting place to play. The children absolutely love it. Thank you.”
