Plans for £19m Leeds flats scheme

IconInc is set to build its second 154-bed apartments at The Glassworks on Cardigan Road in the city.

The company, which was launched by Parklane Group, hit the headlines last year with Britain’s “most luxurious student digs” at The Edge in Leeds.

The Glassworks site has been derelict for 15 years and looks set to open in September 2017. The six-storey development will provide boutique hotel-like living with en-suite bathrooms, all-inclusive utility bills and tenants can choose from extras including a fresh fruit delivery and professional cleaning.
