plans to “improve” a school in Leeds have been submitted.

Richmond House School has been supported by planning consultants Barton Willmore in developing proposals for a new early years building.

Led by planning director Stuart Natkus, the application includes a sports and performance hall, and reconfiguration of the existing buildings.

The school, which dates back to 1935, is an independent preparatory school for children aged three to 11 years and has operated for more than 80 years from its site on Otley Road in Far Headingley.

A public consultation has been held about the plans.
