In 2014, he became one of the first British athletes to win five gold medals at the European Junior Gymnastics Championships. But his winning streak didn’t end there. In the same year, Nile went on to win two Commonwealth Games gold medals, and four medals in total on his debut for England. His colourful career started after he began attending weekend hour-long classes in a council-run centre in Leeds.

It was there that his talent was first spotted and he was invited totrain at the Leeds gymnastic centre of excellence. He also nabbed a place on the Glasgow Commonwealth Games after competing in the junior championships of Sofia, and is tipped to compete in the 2016 Olympics.
