Last month we revealed the most common places people move to Leeds from in the UK, with 46,542 people making the move in the 12 months to June 2019.
Now, we can reveal the top 10 destinations people going in the opposite direction were headed for.
A total of 47,795 people left the area for a new life elsewhere in the UK in the same 12-month period, the Office for National Statistics figures show.
From Bradford to Sheffield, here are the places draining the most people from Leeds.
1. Bradford
The most common place people left the area for was Bradford, with 4,199 departures in the year to June 2019.
2. Wakefield
The second most common place people left the area for was Wakefield, with 3,863 departures in the year to June 2019.

4. Harrogate
The fourth most common place people left the area for was Harrogate, with 1,534 departures in the year to June 2019.
5. Manchester
The fifth most common place people left the area for was Manchester, with 1,156 departures in the year to June 2019.
6. Selby
The sixth most common place people left the area for was Selby, with 1,096 departures in the year to June 2019.
