Power cut in more than 800 Leeds homes in LS17, LS28, LS9

According to Northern PowerGrid, 820 homes are currently without power in LS17, LS28 and LS9.

The power outage was first reported at shortly after 7am.

Their team are hoping to resolve the problem by 8.45am.

On their livemap, Northern PowerGrid told residents: "The power cut affecting your property has been caused by an unexpected problem with the cables or equipment that serve your area."
