Leeds man talked down from Bramley bridge on New Year's Day launches appeal to find young couple who saved his life

The man, who wished to remain anonymous, said the day was a 'blur' but he was talked down from the bridge outside the BP garage at Bramley roundabout by a man and a woman.

He said he was desperately trying to find the couple who saved his life.

The man said: "I'd love to be able to thank them for stopping and being with me until I got down.

"They were driving a red corsa three door car."

The man described the couple as in their mid 20s.
