Despite the generosity we’ve seen already across Leeds to help our vulnerable children, it still isn’t enough.

Some students are not able to hand their work in until midnight because they have had to wait their turn for the one device being shared by their family.

But they are some of the lucky ones. Other children aren’t so fortunate and don’t even have any access to a computer in their home.

And the gap between the “haves” and “have nots” is continuing to get even wider as each school day passes.
