Kiss goodbye to the high street because it won't last long under compulsory face mask rules - YEP letters

Why then must the other 99.97 per cent of us be compelled to wear face masks on the miniscule chance that we might encounter one of the tiny number of people who are infected and also not in self-isolation.

And in any case, it is widely accepted that face masks do not offer protection to those who are not infected.

I’d rather continue to do most of my shopping online.

We may as well kiss goodbye to the high street, because it won’t last long under these rules.

Voluntary by all means, but NOT compulsory.
