Ruby today said she has been “robbed of a part of her childhood”. While her friends have precious memories and milestone moments with their fathers, Ruby only has cherished photographs and stories from her family about his life.

Speaking candidly, Ruby said she doesn’t even know what it feels like to have a dad.

The 15-year-old’s bravery speaks volumes as she joins her family’s plea.

They have suffered enough and surely someone somewhere in this city knows what happened.

They deserve answers and justice.

And most important of all for Ruby’s sake: they deserve closure.
