Open weekend and new show house for Wetherby homes development

Yorkshire housebuilder Loxley Homes is holding an open weekend on June 17 and 18 to launch the show house at its new ten-home ‘Meadowside’ scheme near Wetherby.

Meadowside is a development of ten three-and-five-bedroom high-spec family homes with gardens in the village of Hunsingore, three miles from Wetherby. Prices start at £350,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached house, rising to £650,000 for the largest house on the scheme, a five-bedroom 2,000 sq ft detached house with garage and gardens.

Loxley Homes director Jonathan Raistrick said: “We’ve had lots of interest in Meadowside from potential buyers but it’s always difficult to envisage what completed houses will look and feel like from artists impressions and floorplans.

“Having the new show home up and running will enable people to have a proper look around and decide whether Meadowside is somewhere that they would like to call home. We have put a great deal of thought into the interior design and specification of the houses and buyers will be able to choose many of the finishes.
