Video: Vile Sheffield Wednesday footy yobs caught on mobile phone footage chanting racist slurs on train

Have your say

This is the moment a racist football chant was struck up on a train with fans being heard singing ‘I’d rather be a P*** than a blade’.

The shocking footy hymm is captured on video as an alleged group of Sheffield Wednesday fans travel from Sheffield to Lincoln while chanting a derogatory term about Pakistanis while making references to arch rivals Sheffield United - The Blades. When challenged by train commuters about their chanting, the men ignored them and continued to sing for 20 minutes - and one man said he hoped Rotherham manager Neil Warnock, who previously managed Sheffield United, got cancer.
