Video - SECURITY camera captures man dismantling and stealing it

The images were taken in Wellington Street West, Hull city centre, after Lee Cunningham installed two CCTV cameras outside his apartment to deter potential criminals.

After returning home from work yesterday, he noticed one of his cameras had disappeared – and then played back the incriminating footage. Mr Cunningham, 39, said: “I have two cameras outside my flat and an app that allows me to look at the pictures at any time. I just checked it last night when I got home from work and one of the camera pictures was missing.”

“I went outside and the camera above the door was gone. I went back to the TV and found we had video footage of the guy coming around looking at the camera and pulling it off the wall. The camera’s timings are a bit out, but me and my neighbour figured out it was between 5.45am and 6.15am on Tuesday.”
