The couple, from Hawick in the Scottish Borders, won one half of last weekend’s incredible £66 million Lotto jackpot.

The husband and wife team are now said to be taking early retirement with a life-changing cheque for £33,035,323. It comes after an incredible 47 million tickets were sold for the record draw. The couple’s winning numbers were 26, 27, 46, 47, 52 and 58. The bonus number was 48.
