May Overson, 74, was heading to her taxi after a night at the bingo when the thief struck at 10.30pm.

She put up a brave struggle to keep hold of her bag but the cowardly man pushed her to the floor before running off and leaving her bleeding on the ground.The thief made off with her bag which contained treasured belongings including a camera.She said it happened so quickly - she didn’t even have time to scream and she was left in a Peterborough car park on December 30 with a cut to the head.
