Firefighters were called to Wiggin Street, Ladywood, at around 12.30pm. West Midlands Fire Service sent four crews to the scene and an aerial platform.

The front of the building has been ripped off and there is a partial collapse at the back of the building. West Midlands Ambulance Service were also sent to the scene, but there was not any immediate word on injuries.
