Have your say

The restaurant-owner received an alert on his phone when his CCTV system spotted the overweight pair breaking in one evening - before leaving with the brand new pressure frying machines.

But by the time police were called to the restaurant, in Romford, Essex, the lardy pair were nowhere to be seen. Now, CCTV footage of the burglary, recorded on the owner’s smart-phone, has been released in an attempt to track down the bogus builders. The first suspect is described as a as a well-built white man in his 20s. He was wearing a white hard-hat, a sleeveless yellow high-vis vest with a ‘Lakehouse’ label, a dark top over a light blue shirt, dark tracksuit trousers with white lines down the sides and dark shoes.
