A lovestruck romantic has proposed to his girlfriend with a custom-made Lego video.

Ben Anderson popped the question to Kirsten Dally while screening the video at a cinema – after she thought they were going on a date to watch the new Jason Bourne film. The video shows Ben, 36, sitting on a park bench – like Forrest Gump – narrating the story of his relationship with Kirsten, 37, including how they met, their first date and some of the fun things the pair have done together. It was put together by Lego animation genius Morgan Spence, 17, who has previously created viral Lego stop-motion videos showcasing classic movie scenes and moments from history. He has also made a Lego music video for DJ Paul Oakenfold. The teen, who has just started his final year of school, was approached by Ben a few months ago with the idea.
