HOLD on to your hats, cocktail lovers – The Alchemist is opening a second bar in Leeds.
The Alchemist is opening a second bar in Leeds city centre.
In addition to the venue at Trinity Leeds, the company will unveil a brand new Alchemist on Greek Street.
Due to open in time for the summer, it will take over the former Prohibition site, which closed in 2013.
The Alchemist currently has four bars, with two in Manchester, one in London and the Trinity Leeds one.
The new venue will be the company’s fifth site and the second to open within just 12 months.
Paul Moran, managing director said: “Since opening in Trinity in 2013, The Alchemist has been hugely popular.
“So it is with this in mind that we thought a second bar in Leeds would be the natural next step for the brand following the success of our second bar in Manchester a couple of years ago.”
He added: “We think the brand will fit in perfectly to Greek Street which we know well and will bring something new to the area.”
So if you find the queue at the Trinity Leeds bar too much to handle, just pop around the corner to Greek Street. And it’s just in time for summer too – what more could you ask for?
