A NEW Leeds nightclub was officially unveiled last night.

PRYZM takes over the former Oceana site and has had a £1.3million transformation.

It will create up to 50 new jobs and features three dance rooms, including a ballroom, Wakyama Tokyo area and VIP sections.

The Lord Mayor of Leeds, councillor Thomas Murray, attended the opening this afternoon (Fri Mar 28).

The venue officially opened to the public last night.

General manager, Jonathon Guest, said: “Oceana Leeds is one of the UK’s most popular nightclubs.

“After almost nine successful years in the city it’s time to reward our loyal customers with a state-of-the-art club that will literally have the wow factor.”
