Oulton Manor, on Wakefield Road, will provide residential, dementia and respite care to dozens of clients.
The care development has 77 furnished rooms which all come complete with en-suite facilities.
The luxury development, in Oulton, also includes a residents’ bar and restaurants, a hair and beauty salon, a library and a shop.
A team of in-house cooks will also prepare food for residents at the facility and a lifestyle co-ordinator will organise relevant social activities for each resident.
Jas Gill, managing director of Hadrian Healthcare Group, said: “Our homes are all individually designed to blend with their particular locations and have the luxurious but homely interiors which are synonymous with Hadrian Healthcare.
“It is very important to us that our residents feel settled and at home.”
Oulton Manor, which has been provided by Hadrian Healthcare, is the company’s sixth purpose-built Manor House care development in Yorkshire and the North East since 2009.
The providers behind the care development said accommodation is arranged in small living groups creating a homely environment.
And the team at the site are opening the facilities doors this weekend to prospective residents.
Home manager Stephanie Dyson said: “We’re now putting the finishing touches to Oulton Manor ready for our Open Weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
“People can call in to meet the team, see our accommodation and find out more about our approach to individualised care.
“We have been able to show people round on request already and have reservations for residents to move in as soon as we are fully open.”
